Office staff seems to be more interested in skipping out on office hours than doing their jobs. It’s too bad - the doctors are great.
HORRIBLE. made an appointment over a month ago to be seen today at 10:15am, I get there at 10:06am call to check in and wait in my car. They call me back at 10:40am to tell me they are ready for me. I work full time, I stepped away from work on my break hour to go to this appointment I ask the gentleman how long this is going to take because I’ve been waiting almost 40 minutes already. he tells me he is going to screen me and the doctor is with a patient so he does not know how long he will be.
