I have been to many different therapists throughout different periods in my life. After meeting with Maria I was able to take a deep breath and realize with her support and help that I could get a better grasp on issues I was dealing with. Hellenic Therapy Center is an amazing facility. When I started going there I had bad anxiety and other problems. I went to Maria she helped me so much with her expertise , knowledge and techniques to use to help with my problems . I am anxiety free now and live my life to the fullest. I could not have done it without Maria. All I say is , don't wait and try to do this on your own .
