Friendly, Informative and Professional Service We just had our aging water softener system serviced. Everything from setting up the appointment to the service and advice provided by Timothy Tabor, Service Technician, was excellent. In an age when customer experience isn't always a priority for some companies--I'm happy to say Hellenbrand Water Center was a pleasant surprise.
Called Hellenbrand to try to order replacement filters for their Millenium Reverse Osmosis system. There does not appear to be a way to order the filters through their website online so I called to find out how to order through them. They took my contact information and I was told somebody would call me back. It has been 4 days and I have not heard a word from them. Not what I would call great service.

Went in with questions about my present Hillenbrand softener that's 21 years old.Juan Lopez spent time answering my questions and assured me it was functioning as good as new so at this time no replacement is necessary. His honesty saved me the expense of a new one.
My home warranty folks put me in touch with Hellenbrand when my 16 year old water softener stopped working. Adam came out and ended up installing a new system for us. Adam and I got along great (fellow Veteran). He was thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done and everything that he ended up doing was a neat job with no mess. He had to come back a second time and do some plumbing for us and that visit went well. Overall we couldn’t be happier with Adam and the Hellenbrand team.
