Got a leveling kit on 2022 f150 platinum. Jason was great went over options. Truck back same day. Will definitely go back!

Contacted Jason at Hellbent Performance Off Road to get a price and possible install of Leveling Kit for my 2016 F150 so I can do some Overlanding. Installed wheels and tires and shocks in the front of my 4Runner. Bad advice from everyone there even though the owner’s wife had a 4Runner. Wheels and tires were not mounted and balanced correctly. My steering wheel would shake violently. Brought my 4Runner back to Hellbent where they admitted to the mistake only to have them ghost me. They said they would get me new tires from Nitto via warranty but never came through. I wanted different tires from the jump, but they insisted on the Nitto tires.
