Hired for a clean before a move in - booked and paid for a “deep clean” with 2 cleaners for 3 hours. Filled out the online forms to break down what needed to be done. Set my time as “not flexible at all” then I get a text in the morning being told they’ve moved my appointment from starting between 11-12 to starting at 9am, never asked me, only informed me they have changed it. Had to rush out there as im not currently living there, I got there at 9:04 and first cleaner didn’t arrive until 9:48 and the second not until 11:47... read more
