1. Signing gift were AirPods. Mine were never set aside and they gave my roommate's away. 2. Got towed 3 times as a resident. Resident parking was full so I parked in Visitors and maintenance. Got towed. 3. On move-out day, I had a (1) thumbtack left in my wall. I was charged $160 for them to repaint the wall. (Even though thumbtacks are allowed). 4. Helix only cares about you until the day you sign the lease and the day you move out because they love tacking on additional move out damage charges. I had so many issues with them over the two years I rented from them. The first year was arguably better than the last. The promotions when signing your lease seem like a scam. They still charge you the full base rent, but apply a rent credit to your account and leave it up to you figure out what to pay each month.
