Pretty happy with them. They always listen and address concerns adequately. Also seem to really care about and take care of their properties. Happy to be renting from them. 👍

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Helix Property Management. Their team is consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and communication has always been clear and respectful. It’s refreshing to work with a property management company that values its tenants. Highly recommend.
Worst property management I've ever had. They made us renew our lease 6 months before it ended, and then they started doing tours 3 - 4 times a week until it ended. They have no respect for tenants' time or privacy. There were constant inspections, and they kept coming by claiming to take pictures and never even posting them. Maintenance often left things in worst condition than before they arrived. They repeatedly try to violate the lease and scam us. Do not rent from this company if you can help it.
I have never left a review for anything, but it I lived in a property managed by Helix Property Management for three years, and I would strongly recommend exploring other options before choosing to rent through them. Communication with management was consistently difficult—getting a response or scheduling maintenance often took far longer than reasonable.
