Rebrand with honesty; rename yourselves, Surly Commercial Real Estate (-minus Services). My assessment after calling each of your personnel over the course of two weeks, and visiting your offices in person is, that Home Depot provides better customer service.
We were close to an LOI on another space when we found this one that actually suited our needs better as far as we could tell from flier and listing. My broker called in the morning, left a message and never received a call back, called the next day and left another message saying even a text or message back would be ok as to whether there was a lockbox so we could make a decision before the end of the day -- No reply.
