If you are looking for a physical therapist I highly recommend Helix, specifically Dylan. After spraining my ankle a few weeks into HYROX training, I couldn’t train let alone walk and was fearful of not being able to compete. The team at Helix Physical Therapy has been helping me with my recovery from shoulder surgery and frozen shoulder ( adhesive capsulitis.) I have to say the team of people here do an outstanding job of combining personal attention, knowledge, up-to-date tools and care. I signed my husband up for some sessions to help with knee pain and he was so impressed with the care he received at Helix. I highly recommend Helix Physical Therapy!
I had an amazing session with Jimmy. Everything went so well! He fixed the ache in my neck that I was having with over the past few days. Jimmy did superb at his job, the man is very well educated and knows what he is doing and he helps very much! The workers at Helix are among the best in the world! I am convinced of this. After our session, Jimmy and I go in the cheerleading room and box. The work for him does not stop there. Jimmy checks to see how my balance is while Boxing, due to my brain injury I had when I was 12.
I’ve worked with several physical therapists, but Dylan stands out in a way few do. His deep knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for what he does make a huge difference. Jordan and Jimmy did an amazing job of helping my daughter recover from a rather complex shoulder surgery. She had surgery in CA before returning to college in Austin and we had no idea who she could work with for intensive PT. We were so grateful to find Helix and they immediately got to work with her and took seriously her recovery as well as her fitness goals.
