Dr. Jimmy and his partner Dr. Jordan have provided cutting edge and extremely effective therapy on my shoulder. In just 3 visits, my mobility and strength have measurably improved. I am sleeping and moving better and feel stronger already. They are extremely professional and personable and run a very impressive business.
I’ve done PT at Helix for several things. Currently dealing with meniscus pain. Two sessions in and I’ve made more progress than in the last 2 months. Highly recommend these guys if you want to get back your activities as quickly as possible.
Helix PT has changed my life. Dylan, Jared and Jimmy are the most knowledgeable and professional specialists I have ever worked with. I am back on my feet and doing things I have not been able to do in years. The collective knowledge and know how of these guys is beyond comprehension. I have been to PT a few times before, but Helix is much different in that they focus on the body as a whole and not just the individual parts. Do yourself a favor and try them out.
