I have dealt with achilles tendinopathy for 10 years and have seen multiple specialists and physical therapists. I saw Dr. Dylan Keene for chronic nagging neck pain from an old training injury coupled with years of work-related aggravation. I want to first mention that his knowledge base is incredible. He was quickly able to identify the exact muscle causing my pain while simultaneously (and thankfully) ruling out more serious underlying problems. Dr. Jimmy and his partner Dr. Jordan have provided cutting edge and extremely effective therapy on my shoulder. In just 3 visits, my mobility and strength have measurably improved. I am sleeping and moving better and feel stronger already. They are extremely professional and personable and run a very impressive business.
I’ve done PT at Helix for several things. Currently dealing with meniscus pain. Two sessions in and I’ve made more progress than in the last 2 months. Highly recommend these guys if you want to get back your activities as quickly as possible.
