Terrible customer service took one month to place an order. When order finally shipped it had the incorrect information on the waybill. Unable to speak to anyone for help. Communication is slow and not resolving. Only a email service with little communication to problem solve situations.
I went on a field trip and witnessed charismatic people working hard at a job they love.
Extremely slow in responding. Horrible company to communicate with. Sometimes takes days to have phone messages returned. Also, it is virtually impossible to actually talk to anyone in this company unless you are lucky enough to obtain their direct phone line.
