I called about my referal sent to thier office twice. The Receptionist was rude and short, her name is J*na, the doctor I choose was booked 2 months out till December and they did not let me or my doctor know this. Her tone and the way she talked down to me was not acceptable. The Doctor is great from what I hear. Its a shame this faclity uses what seems to be uneducated people answering the phone and making appointments. I have cotacted my Doctor and will be going to another Faclity other than Helix.
