Very great place to be, but my first experience was ruined when I did not receive the information I was told would be emailed to me by the person themselves "May" that was a couple(2) months ago I understand and figured that stuff happens so i left it alone until i had time to go in person. My partner and I had an incredibly frustrating experience living at this apartment complex for the past year. From the start, nothing was ready when we moved in—unit was still being cleaned and repairs were incomplete. It’s like nobody knew we were moving in. The leasing office proved to be consistently incompetent. Shout out to May though for always getting things done, she was truly a blessing. Our experience with maintenance was always a great one. Paper thin walls means hearing everything from someone coughing in the next unit over, to someone walking with high heels in the unit above you, to someone playing soft or loud music into the early morning. Basically anything that's louder than someone using their inside voice, you'll be able to hear. What's their solution to this? Raise the rent.
I love this complex. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The environment is clean, safe, and peaceful. #loveithere :)
My husband and I just toured the Helix apartments today since it is so much closer to our jobs and had an INCREDIBLE experience thanks to our leasing consultant, May! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and you could tell she truly loves her job. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, we never felt rushed and she made us both feel very welcome.
