Great area, great staff, decent amenities (Other than the gym closing way too early IMO), only con is the floors and walls are insanely thin for “luxury apartments”.
I wanted to love it! We pay high rent prices to live here and they advertise a luxury experience! Which indeed you are not getting at all. When addressing concerns - the leasing staff isn’t always on the same page and/or they have their days in terms of “attitude” they just act like the residents are the problem for addressing some issues. Honestly have been shopping around for apartments but I’m seeing negative comments about lazy staff, and that they do nothing to honor any noise complaints. I can’t have my sleep interrupted and need to remain focused on high performance at my job, so I’ll be passing on this location.
