I’ve been living here for 3 years and it’s been a great experience. The community is quiet and well-kept, the staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds always look clean and cared for. If you are looking than look no further, you found it!
I wanted to love it! We pay high rent prices to live here and they advertise a luxury experience! Which indeed you are not getting at all. When addressing concerns - the leasing staff isn’t always on the same page and/or they have their days in terms of “attitude” they just act like the residents are the problem for addressing some issues. I’ve been living here since April and I wasn’t told the access keypad at front door wasn’t working prior to my move-in. I enjoy living in this community, but there are a few concerns. When amenities break, it doesn’t seem like management makes them a priority. For example, the call box is finally being replaced, but only after residents complained for over a year. Some of the gym equipment isn’t working properly, and it’s disappointing to see spiderwebs collecting in the corners. The carpets in the hallways are also long overdue for a deep cleaning.
