I was a patient about a year ago. I left because I was laid off and couldn't afford the appointments and medication without insurance. The treatment I receive now is OK for me being a veteran but I have to do all the work. But I can't really complain because the army and this great nation has been good to me. I was there for 2 visits and had one telehealth appointment. The 2 visits in-house was 2 hours of filling out forms. That's not what I was told by the gal that made the appointment at the desk and that's not what I was prepared for... it did not go well. I told the gentleman that did the intake that I had been abused by male. Therapist, and that my daughter had died of domestic violence, he didn't remember either of those things. CPTSD and child loss are cruel roommates.

Horrible patient care. Was referred by their psychiatrist Julia Brown to see talk therapist. Called to set up an appointment and because of my Medicaid insurance, I was told there was a wait list and someone would be in contact. Almost 2 weeks goes by, and no word. I follow up and I offer to pay out of pocket if the insurance is the issue, we just need to be seen at this point.
