This is my third time here to see if I can have a simple procedure done. They just bring you in as many times as they can in order to charge you and your insurance. On top of that I’ve had to wait each time 1 hour to be seen for 5 minutes. If my appointment says it’s at 10:10 and I’m not seen till 11 that’s ridiculous. Never will I come back. The worst service by rude nurses on top of that. I’m the patient paying for a service and they act like I owe them something.
I had such a great experience at this location. Courtnay is so professional and made me feel very comfortable.knowledgable on the services. I will return.
