Our pharmacy is a partner with Helios Labs for our compounding medsacations. Helios has been really great with sending the meds on time, answering any questions and taking care of any concerns. Very happy to be associated with them.
Excellent service and delivers medications on time. Communication is better as well in case if they have to order the ingredients. We have been using it for almost 3 years and continuing as our central fill pharmacy.
We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Helios for our compounded topical creams. The formulations are consistently prepared to specification. Turnaround times are reasonable. Their team is knowledgeable and responsive.
Used to be excellent service, but now going down hills. Orders are taking longer to get to pharmacy and lack of communication impacting promise times. You have to be vigilant for your orders, just can't rely on them completely.
My prescription is always ready when I need it. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
