Dr. Kown is a rude , ignorant, unprofessional, and HIPPA violator. He had a phone with the camera facing me and his top pocket during an examination. He also does not respect your request to not touch certain areas of your anatomy
I'm very disappointed, I had 2 procedures cancelled. I'm in a lot of pain and Dr Kwon has not returned my calls.
