My experience started with great customer service. I requested the service for one of my car's windshield chip/nick repair but ended up doing for both of my cars. The gentleman showed on time under 100 degree scorching sun as I did this in Sept 2019. He spent a few hours not only patching the large chips but also covered the some of small damages at no additional cost. I am writing this review after 4 months and very pleased with the quality and service.
When I first contacted Helios I received a reply almost immediately and Nadya was very helpful in finding a good time for me to bring my car in and offered to come pick it up if necessary. The day I got my car tinted I was greeted by Joe and, with the help of Robert, I was walked through the different types of tint and all the options. Outstanding customer service, as much as I haft to travel they work with me on getting my Charger tinted cant wait to get our other car done soon.And quality work done on my car was great!!!
