Heliogold solar has been problematic from the moment the contract was inked. They promised a responsive project manager but blamed non responsiveness on SunPower Solar. They send marketing emails but never respond to requests for quotes. They sold solar systems with free monitoring but now they did a bait and switch and offering to swap the monitoring for close to $2000 with a subscription fee. Unfortunately, they have very little credibility left.

I'm very happy with Heliogold solar. They installed my system quickly and it has been running perfectly for over a year. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend them.
I had a great experience with Heliogold. I requested a quote through Yelp and they got back to me right away. We were able to set up an appointment the next day to go over all the details. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They were also very patient as we had a lot of questions. We are very happy with the service that we received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.
