This is absolutely the worst contractor I have ever worked with. I paid them $13,000 to install a misting system and a heat pump for my swimming pool. The misting system failed within One month, and I had to pay another company to come out and fix it. They dropped the heat pump off on my sidewalk, but never came back to install it. I have scheduled nine appointments over the past 14 months to remedy this. They have not shown for any of the appointments. This company is a total failure. DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are very dishonest and unreliable. Tried many times to contact them but the owner, Melody did not even bother replying or return calls. They took $4000 from me and delivered nothing. I have reported their fraudulent conduct of business to Nevada State Contractors Board. Please do yourself favor and run away from this company.
Heliocool installed a great misting system at my home. I am very satisfied with the results. My patio really is 30 degrees cooler. I can finally enjoy my backyard
