Use caution doing business with these guys. My father purchased a system in November and they have only installed half of it. For almost 6 months they have given him one excuse after another why the panels have not been installed. Pretty sketchy business tactics. sounds like they may be trying to take advantage of a senior citizen and a Military Vet.

Know a person who lost a refundable deposit for a faulty estimate that they said they could install only to back out on installation day and not refund him his deposit for having absolutely no work done on his home. Looks like I found a company I won’t be referring in the future.

shady company that doesn't return refundable deposits if they decide they can't do the work after telling the customer they can do the work. expect a better business bureau complaint.

Had them install a Solar Pool Heating system this Summer, tried to wait for the weather to cool off before giving a review. I can officially say it has far exceeded my expectations. Jamie, my sales guy, told me to expect about 9 months of the year, but we're still swimming comfortably!! Very happy with the installation process, my techs were super helpful in explaining how things operate. Definitely worth checking these guys out if your looking to get more out of your pool

We have had our solar now for 3 yrs. We had to have roof work done begin of March. The roofer did not want to be liable for damage to solar. I contacted Helicoil for removal and reinstall. Scheduled the dates and notified roofer of date. Helicoil changed removal to a week ealier not a real big deal. But the installation date was a no call no show. Called and wanted to know what day and time for reinstall. Was told that they would not be able to get out the for a month. We are not able to use the pool because the solar we bou... read more

Unfortunately I'm upset with the fact that I've already recommended this company to several friends, because their customer service after installation is atrocious. For the last 6 weeks I have been not only dealing with a broken pool heater, but also chasing their service people around since all they do is NO SHOW. On FOUR separate occasions, I have been stood up for service without even a courtesy call to let me know or try to reschedule. Dan never answers his cell phone, and makes promises he doesn't keep.
