The ride was awesome but the fact that they don't even sanitize between rides was kind of odd. I think if they want us to wear masks they should take all necessary precautions regarding covid-19.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and yelling at one point. The ONLY reason we went on to ride was because of my 4 year olds excitement to ride a helicopter.. because of how rude the lady was I’d never come back here again and I would of walked out when she got an attitude the first time if it wasn’t for my son. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 days now. Not only once, but twice, did I not get to ride because of weather, which I understand is not their fault, but I've yet to receive a refund, and have waited 3 days to speak to a manager because apparently no one else can process my refund.
Very nice staff and well kept facility. my kids loved the ride
