We started our son in ABA Therapy last year. Overall the care has been good with the girls who actually spend time with your child. Liz (who is now gone), Michelle who is amazing, Clancy who is now gone, and a few of the other staff members are the only kind of saving grace of this establishment and why I even left 2-stars. I have 2 kids getting services here and honestly they love it! The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Their BCBA/staff are always willing to address any questions or concerns that may come up. I do wish there was more of a day-to-day relay such as an end of day sheet to know exactly what my kids are learning and accomplishing or lacking in. Other than that I have seen much improvement in my kids and I know it’s because of Helianthus and the great people working there.

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Ever heard of a behavioral therapist who said that they can’t provide service for your child because of their poor behavior? Well that’s exactly what this place has done. My child rarely shows physical aggression (autistic with ODD and ADD) and they have refused service after charging us $1600 and then offered to charge us for “parent support” because they “aren’t staffed to handle those behaviors”. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate my son and our family’s needs. My son has had so many positive changes since starting ABA therapy and we can not imagine our lives without Helanthus. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
