Helget Medical Supply is fantastic Fantastic customer service. When my breast pump malfunctioned, I needed the receipt faxed to the manufacturer. I lost the original receipt. Not only did they have the receipt on file, they offered to fax it for me so I wouldn't have the hassle of going to the store with a small infant. Wonderful!
Helget Medical Supply This is a one of a kind shop that carries a wide variety of supplies that you are unlikely to find all in one location elsewhere in Iowa City. For my family, we frequented the shop several times during the first months after my daughter was born looking for breast pump supplies. Incredible Service I needed a sleep apnea machine and went to Helget Medical Supply which was recomended by my physician. The manager Jim greeted me and my daughter when I came in and treated us as we had been customers for years. He gave me all the information I needed with no extra pitches and fitted my mask like a glove. I didn't have to fiddle with it and even came back 2 months later to have him re fit it after I undid the mask. He even gave my four year old daughter a Dr. Pepper while she waited. Helget Medical Supply is OUTSTANDING! This was the only store that carried nursing bras in my size. Jim was very helpful and ordered special bras for me. When I was prescribed a CPAP, I went straight to Helget. The support is outstanding! I can call with any questions and get an answer, the equipment is top of the line and reasonably priced. I look forward to dealing with HMS for years to come.
