Manager and Property managers are very, very unprofessional. My car was hit twice in the parking lot, and my stereo was stolen out of the other car. Maintenance staff is great. The kitchens are very small. Deposit is cheep, but they are now sending me a bill after I moved out for replacing all of the carpet, on top of keeping my deposit just because they felt it was bad, so take pictures for your own record, because they will charge you. Place of convenience – We over all enjoyed our place we loved the property surroundings and people in the complex. However we had an unexpected bill after moving out that was very poorly handled by management. Once you move out, make sure that you take lots of pictures of your place, and that you are prepared to pay damages on even the little things, because they WILL charge you for it.
