Impolite leasing staff – I have experienced an impolite way of treatment on the three times I have talked to the leasing staff. They were huffing and puffing when I spoke to them. And they seem to not know what they are talking about; from here I would not advice anybody to rent at their complex unless they find more experienced people that would know how to treat costumers. They were no help at all.
Place of convenience – We over all enjoyed our place we loved the property surroundings and people in the complex. However we had an unexpected bill after moving out that was very poorly handled by management. Once you move out, make sure that you take lots of pictures of your place, and that you are prepared to pay damages on even the little things, because they WILL charge you for it.
