I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I traveled over 50 minutes to get there, only to be met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the service manager. My time was completely wasted, and I expected far better customer service. I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their service in the future.

Very disappointed with the Service Advisor . We dropped the vehicle off on Thursday for oil change and state inspection also needed the AC looked at. Little to no communication until Tuesday morning and my wife or I could not get our phone calls returned. When we picked up the vehicle on Tuesday afternoon after 5 days zero work was done- No oil change and No state inspection . I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Maserati service center and the unresolved issues with my Maserati Grecale. Despite multiple visits to the service center, several critical problems remain unaddressed: 1. Air Conditioning and Engine Shutdown: When driven in hot weather for more than 100 miles, the car shuts down completely. This is not only inconvenient but also a serious safety hazard. 2.
