I had an issue with my undershield and I had Martin Perez as my service advisor. He provided terrible customer service . I needed to make an appointment once my parts came in and he never even followed up . I had to call . Once scheduled I called a few times to explain there was an issue with another part regrading the under shield . He response was I wrote up what you told me was wrong .
