Shopping for a car for my wife and we settled on the Maserati Grecale. We looked at Genesis and Lexus and others as well. Shoutout to Kevin at Helfman Maserati of Houston for the incredible experience! After visiting multiple dealerships last week, what stood out was his attention to detail and service. My husband was away on business, but he stayed in touch and made the process seamless when he got back. We called last minute to say we'd be in late that evening-Kevin actually came back to the dealership after he had already left for the day just to help us! He stayed until I drove off in my gorgeous new car. Truly above and beyond service!
The worst service department ever! I’ve been going to this dealer for the last 4 years and not even a single time I was satisfied. First of all they never have loaner , you have to wait for weeks until they give A CAR! Second , they just wash the car after the services as a check box , my trunk was still dirty from the Christmas tree drop off and they didn’t even vacuum . Very incompetent technician .
