I just stopped by to pick some parts up for my Levante, I saw the MC20 I asked one of the sales rep if I can see the inside, he said he could not open it, is that true? If so, why do you have a car in the showroom if you can show it?
My experience is with the service department. It's been a long time since I was treated like an "annoying dumb girl", and this was one of the worst examples of that treatment I've dealt with. I took my vehicle in for its annual service, as I have done for the last couple years since moving to the Houston area. When I picked my vehicle up, I was told "if you need anything let us know".
