Bought used car from them. Went through their rigorous service check and all was good. Less than a few hundred miles and getting ready to spend 3-5000 dollars on vehicle to get it fixed and operating properly. Told there was no way they didn't know about these things.

I took F-150 truck in for regularly scheduled oil change in August. In November I heard ticking sound coming from the engine and I took the truck back to the dealership. I was told, the engine had No Oil in it. They suggested that there was an oil leak, but no oil leaks in my driveway. Then suggested I pay for diagnostic test, I did. They called to say they put 3 quarts of oil in the engine and ticking noise persisted. Received Ford Escape back in worse condition than it was before the service. Removed over 3 gallons of water from the floor pan. They tried to blame the moonroof, but went we did a test, car drained fine. Then, they blamed the roof racks. I am more inclined to believe that either a window was left open or the car was parked in what became a river after heavy rains. They replaced the actuators as they cited them as the issue. I have been to this dealership because my breaks were making noise. I went back two weeks ago and they changed my roaters and when I got my car back I still heard that same noise. I reached out to the manager In the service department and I was told there is nothing else they can do.

Great Service Department They have a good selection of vehicles and are fair on their pricing. The salesmen are not pushy and will follow-up with you later without being annoying. And they are not condescending to women shoppers! If you are in the market for a Ford, try them.

A great car buying experience This is the place to get your car. From the moment we walked into the door unitl the moment we got in our new car, we were treated with appreciation and respect. There was no haggling, no confusion, no long waits. Everything went smoothly. The dealers there seem to be very close and get along well with each other. Horrible Body Shop I was very disappointed in the body work done to my car here. I probably could have gone to some no-named shop and had better work done. My insurance does work through them though, so I had no choice. First off, they took WAY longer than expected. The had the date set for 2 weeks after I brought my car in and when that 2 weeks after came, the date was changed to the next week. Last oil change... I mentioned I may have a oil leak. Please check it out. I was told "we're three weeks out" for that service. Just took in F-150 for yet another oil change. I said again, I have a oil leak under the hood. They wrote it down and said they would check it out. The service department called my office 2 hours later saying truck was ready to pick up.
