I have worked in healthcare for 20 years. I’ve done everything from direct patient care in the ER, clinics to urgent care. Now work on the insurance side. I say that to say this, Dr Helfin is the best PCP I have ever had. He always listens, is very responsive over the phone and the office staff makes sure tests are submitted on time. Highly recommend 10/10 if you can get in. He sees my entire family
We've had Dr Helfin for several years. I'd give him 5 stars. Love him. The receptionist that must take care of billing was extremely rude when asked about the billing as it was higher then usual. She got super defensive and said she would not take my husband back as a patient and hung up! I give her zero stars . Had to change Drs.
Dr Gary has always been easily accessible and easy to talk with. He takes time to listen to our concerns and addresses them promptly. We have never felt rushed.
Dr Helfin is always accessible-returns calls quickly. Responded to a severe asthma attack -(Over the phone) On a Friday at 5 PM=Had meds phoned into Publix immediately.
