I came in this week for the first time and had a positive experience. The staff were friendly. I was recommended to come here for the Mirena and the care given was exceptional. Considering the sensitivity of it, special shoutout to Dr Priscilla and Nurse Donna for making me feel safe and not rushing the procedure. The only downside were the waiting times, roughly 30 minutes for both of my appointments. Been going here for a while. Always friendly and a good selection of doctors.
If you like being abused and talked down too Priscilla Lyn is the doctor for you, if you like waiting for 45mins to an hour and then talk to someone that obviously couldn’t care less go see Priscilla! If you want a real doctor then avoid at all costs!
Went in for a skin check and they took a biopsy of a suspected skin cancer and charge me for that appointment then got me back to get the test results and now less than two minutes and charge me for that appointment and now I have to go back and have it cut out and they’re gonna charge me for that appointment. Have been charged three times for the one thing. The doctor is very nice and knows their stuff but it is ridiculous getting charged three times.
