Terrible service. Arrived for an appointment which had been booked for the wrong time (by the clinic as I phoned and was given the time literally 5 mins before arriving). After arriving and waiting in the clinic for 15minutes with a sick 9month old was told it was too far past the appointment and told to leave. When asked if they could just see us quickly we were told no - Dr didn’t want to stay (even though was not their closing time and no other patients). Exceptional service
Used to be great when Dr Dia opened it. Now the doctors and receptionist don’t seem to care, particularly when you have been seeing the same doctor for a while. The last time I saw Dr Theighi she didn’t seem interested in me!! I haven’t had my annual appointment with the nurse, The last time I canceled, I wasn’t even offered another appointment. They treat the ailments of the elderly as if everything is just due to “old age “
