Went in for a skin check and they took a biopsy of a suspected skin cancer and charge me for that appointment then got me back to get the test results and now less than two minutes and charge me for that appointment and now I have to go back and have it cut out and they’re gonna charge me for that appointment. Have been charged three times for the one thing. The doctor is very nice and knows their stuff but it is ridiculous getting charged three times. Very unpleasant people working here. I took my 81 year old mother with dementia to get her ears done. The nurse was so very rude. I cancelled my appointment on the spot. Then the admin girls were equally rude on the way out! Do better. The actual procedure they offer is very good.
Dr Ouda is very kind and compassionate. He is knowledgable and listens. I recommend him.
