SHOCKING & NEVER ON TIME. My 1st booking from HOTDOC was a waste of time the doctor I booked with wasn't even in & when I was told to have a seat it took 50mins for another dr to see me after I approached the reception. The 2nd booking on another day I called to ask if the Dr was in as I will make another booking on HOTDOC and was told Yes he is, and after waiting 45mins I gave up, in total I have lost 1.5hours of waiting time on 2 visits which is ridiculous with no acknowledgement of the wait, just ignoring you. Very good Customer Service, Reliable and fast.
Rude reception staff and Docor Uddin not much better. Zero listening skills. Zero understanding. Zero explanation of what he’s actually referring. Since when does saying “I’m going to send a referral to hospital for surgery” means “go to the emergency department” that’s two different things. It’s been months of waiting to hear from the hospital because he can’t use his words. Clear explanation and words come out of my mouth and confusing and frustrating me by being ignorant and not acceptable.
