Doctors are competent, but reception most definitely aren't. My family have been using this doctors clinic for over 25 years, and the reception staff are absolutely appalling. After waiting a few minutes at the reception desk in an empty waiting room for my last appointment, I was greeted with a sharp "yes?", while she was on the computer.
