waitress did not bring syrup for daughters pancakes. she brought out our fish n shrimp. had to hunt her down to tell her we never got our fries, coleslaw or potato salad, finally got it 45 mins later.

WORST SERVICE AND FOOD EVER!!!!! Teenage waitresses sitting and gossiping and laughing. Ordered a diet soda got a regular. I had to ask the same waitress that was gossiping for the correct soda! Chicken was burnt and so dry. CAUTION WHEN EATING THERE!
Absolutely the finest eating...in Waupun...and the best waitresses.
We had brunch with my 2 girls for my birthday...one is in Watertown and one is in Oshkos and I am from northern Wi...the food was great and our waitress was wonderful!!
only good food was the fries and mashed potatoes with gravy. Salmon wasn't cooked the greatest and had no flavor. Service wasn't the greatest. Staff was more interested in talking than checking on customers. Definitely won't be going back when in town for sporting events.
I had smothered chicken and it was delicious! The broasted chicken was excellent as well! Our waitress, Amelia, was friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Wish I lived in the area so I could go back again, but will definitely come back next year when we are in the area!
Went to Helens today for Father’s Day breakfast. Had my 7 month old sitting in a high chair and the waitress accidentally dumped my plate of HOT corned beef hash and eggs on his lap and hands. Most we got was I am so sorry! We had to ask to have my meal taking off the bill, and then that’s all they would do! Wouldn’t take my extra bacon, American fries I ordered or the drink because that didn’t spill! Ultimately very disappointed with the way it was handled! No one from management even came to make sure my son wasn’t burnt!
