Our Pilates Studio features the latest Balanced Body® equipment including: Reformers, Tower of Power, Chairs, Arcs, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and the exciting Antigravity Aerial Silks. This Studio also offers an extensive variety of props such as: Foam Rollers, Circles, Resistant Bands, PhysioBalls and Weighted Balls for an optimal exercise experience. The Studio provides Private and Semi-Private as well as small Group classes.

Updating my review. Over 2 years going to both locations and going strong. Everyone is very nice and professional. The studios are clean and nice. I've tried out 5 different intructors and they're all lovely. Highly recommend.
Today was my first time ever taking a equipment Pilates class and I must say it was phenomenal. The instructor made it so easy to follow along and she explained everything very well. If she saw me struggling she immediately came over to help me. I will definitely be taking more classes. I LOVE IT !!!!

Absolutely love this studio! The classes are small with maximum of 4 people and the space is bright, clean and very organized! But the most beautiful thing about this place is its instructors! Boris by far is my favorite one! The workout itself is challenging, fast paced and effective and you definitely get your money’s worth! He really kicks my butt in the best way! You can tell he really cares about his business!
