I think it is a great shop, everyone should try shopping there.
Recently I needed some protein powder so I visited Helen's Health Hut. The owner was very knowledgeable of the products available and had a decent selection. The store was clean and the location was convenient. I'll shop there again.
Very small store with limited selection – In recent years Helen's Health Hut has been through SEVERAL ownership changes. Can only presume this is due to so many products being available elsewhere, as well as online, for much less than can be purchased at Helen's. Helen's is a very small store that can almost make one feel claustrophobic. The number of products is very limited.
