I am writing this review after trying to resolve this privately. We ordered a sympathy wreath of yellow roses for my wife’s grandmother’s funeral. We were quoted $150, and when I asked if we could do a nicer wreath for $175, the florist agreed. We were then charged $205 without being given a receipt. What was delivered was not a wreath. It was a partial flower spray pinned to one side of a wreath frame, with the rest of the ring left bare and wrapped in white ribbon. There were no flowers going all the way around. Excellent customer service
They are by far the best floral shop. They will work with you and help you with ideas for any kind of event that you may need arrangements for. Customer service is A+ and the quality of the merchandise and flowers and plants are fresh and healthy. They will not send out something that is second best.
