By far my favorite bridal shop experience! 🤩Kathryn was PHENOMENAL as a stylist - her sweet spirit coupled with her years of experience in the industry (not to mention her lovely British accent) made me feel so excited to try on each dress and talk through each one with her and my mom. The experience at Helen’s Bridal was amazing! The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable and really make you comfortable while shopping for your dream dress. They ask lots of questions and make suggestions as you try dresses on and figure out what you like best. Compared to another experience at a different bridal shop in Barrie it was night and day. Will always reccomend Helen’s and speak highly of the ladies running it. Thank you all for such a great experience.
Had a really great experience here after a not so great experience I had at another store in town. Carrie was lovely and so helpful as well as I think the owner or manager (not sure of her name but also very lovely). I ended up picking my dream dress that was in my budget and they even offered to order it in a shorter length for me at no extra cost. I felt beautiful and can’t wait for my dress to come in. Would definitely recommend Helen’s if you want a great dress shopping experience!
From the moment we walked in for my daughter to choose her dress to the day before the wedding when we picked up the dress from the final steaming the staff was so supportive, kind and helpful. Thank you to all the amazing staff.
