I have been going to Helen’s body works several times a month for a few years. Today I decided I won’t be returning. I received a 60 minute massage and left a ten dollar tip. When I paid, she said only ten dollars. I responded you don’t tell people how to tip. Usually, I get a thirty minute and leave ten dollars so I usually over tip. A tip is customary but should not be approached in that manner. Bad customer service. Also, their massages are just convenient, not the best in the area.
the best massages I have ever received have been here. Aime & Danny both have helped me with my pain so much and literally just know exactly what’s going on within ur body you don’t even have to tell them. 10/10 best deep tissue massage
I went to Helen's bodywork today. Lisa was my massage technician. She was fantastic. I will go back soon. I feel like a new person. I read the other reviews and understand the language gap is big. But treating each other with respect will make going here a pleasurable experience. Thank you Lisa
So this is my second time coming here and the first time was amazing. I came today and got an hour with a 30 min foot massage as well. I read the reviews about how they act when u dont tip them what they think u should tip and ignored it, well today they did that exact same thing to me. The man asked me how much i wanted to tip, i said 10$, he then started acting nasty and said “10$? um how about 15$ or 20$” trying to negotiate with me.
