Helen did our son's first real haircut. We tried Kidsnips when he was 2 and it was an epic fail. Sensory overload, awful incomplete haircut, and we walked out with a $20 piece of junk toy on top of it. With Helen, we walked in and it was a smooth process. Kiddo sat still and seemed to really gravitate to Helen. She put him at ease with minimal effort. It was calm and quiet in the salon. Haircut was excellent.
