I was very weary about renting from Helene's Property Place due to the negative reviews that you read online as well. Well I ended up renting from them for almost a year, I lived in one of their apartments up on military hill. I have no complaints with the apartment itself, the apartments are pretty old, nothing fancy or new, but affordable and things work. They dont even deserve one star. This company's service is appalling. Our rental is LITERALLY leaning. There are POISONOUS bug issues, power lines on the roof, faulty wiring, a broken thermostat, junk in the basement, a landlord that forgets to lock the door and brings animals in, an extremely leaky front door, spackled walls to fix holes that were never repainted, burns all over the carpets.
