Completely unprofessional. It's not often that I find myself searching for properties within the local real estate market, but when I do, I fully expect to be treated with some dignity and respect by people who claim to be "professional" real estate agents. If you have the displeasure of coming across Mrs. Helen Kurtz in your real estate search, my only advice would be to run...run far away and don't look back.
This was the best experience I've had with a realtor...Ever! Helene is simply the best, this is no exaggeration. She just recently sold my Baton Rouge condo for me. I live out of state so selling my condo from a different state seemed a bit daunting and impossible. Helene worked so hard. She went above and beyond in so many different ways.
