Compassionate , insightful and wise. Dr Brenner was there for me during some of the most difficult times in my life. She has helped me to understand how I internalize stress and together develop a treatment plan. While, I will undoubtedly tend to experience anxiety at a sensitized level , I have now learned how to treat myself with compassion. Dr. Brenner offers a lifeline for clients suffering from all forms of emotional dysregulation....especially those dealing with trauma. I highly recommend Dr. Brenner.
I can't believe somebody wrote a bad review about Helene. Helene Brenner's the best therapist I've ever gone to. I came to her about three months ago feeling depressed about my life and she's helped me with my work, my husband, my kids, my goals and everything.
