I am not happy with Helendale Dermatology & Medical Spa . I went there for the last few years and was in network when I started . I am on Medicare . They never told me that they went out of network . So my last time I went there they sprayed a freeze solution on 2 lesions on my body , one place I did not ask for them to the doctor just did itand it was a place that did not need it . 2 months later I got a bill for over $195 and that is after my insurance paid their part . I think this place is way overrated and over priced .... read more
Comfortable atmosphere I went to see Dr. Arthur for some skin problems. She knew what she was doing, and the removal of the mole was near painless, and quick. The office is beautiful and you feel very comfortable there. All of the medical staff was friendly.
Comfortable Friendly Atmosphere Friendly staff and great offices. We use dermatology services requiring medical treatment, as this facility also is a spa it is very relaxed and non-threatening. Goe a referral through your health plan..Highly recommend.
I have been part of the practice for 3 years and identified as a high priority patient due to a stage three melanoma diagnosis. This past week I had an appointment at 10:15 and at 11:05, after no communication from the staff, I went up to secretarial staff and said I was leaving as my time is just as valuable as theirs. All the staff there is fantastic at Helendale. Very friendly and helpful. They put you right at ease from the moment you walk thru the door to the time you check out. They answered all my questions, and were very helpful pointing me in the right direction to get any of my medications quickly.
