RecommendedDr. Stephens was very kind to our Hazel (kitten), helpful and thorough in his explanations to us as first time pet parents about what was going on, and the receptionist was SO incredibly kind in assisting with appointment times and payment. Very pleased with our first visit. Dr. Stephens is very good at making the patience and parents feel comfortable and cared for.
Best staff in the Bham area! Janet is amazing, knowledgeable and you can see she loves what she does. The rest of the staff is top notch! Esmae and Daisy says thank you!!
All the team members are so very wonderful. They treat our HARLEY Marie like family. She absolutely loves going for any occasion, and we have such peace of mind when we board her. Job well done.
We loved our first visit with Dr. Wes. He & the vet tech were very friendly & loving on our old pal, Rocky. And they were very informative regarding his skin condition & ideas for remedies. We will definitely be back!
Everyone there is excellent
Everyone was always great with Barkley. The staff up front, the techs and Dr. Stephens always had patience with him even when he showed his "unpleasant" side. ♡ I appreciate all the kindness and support when Barkley was struggling and when he died.
Dr Stephens is great ! Listens to you makes sure your concerns are dealt with and just a great man. Highly recommended them !!
