It is nice, safe, walkable. Only complaint is their pet policy because they have no disposal units/bags and the pet owners do not clean up after themselves in my area.
I would like to commend Mariah for the excellent job that she did in assisting us with finding an apartment during a difficult time. Our home was damaged by hurricane Helene. We are having to relocate while the repairs are being done. We needed a furnished apartment with a short term lease because we are not sure how long we will be displaced. This place is disgusting. Moving in the place was dirty and what is worse, there is a pest control problem here. From issues to maintenance to this. I would never recommend. It is also loud. Very loud. EXTREMELY LOUD. I do not recommend, especially not the townhomes in the front. Walls thin, new neighbors blasting music with no regard to others, and some staff can be rude when making complaints especially Nichelle, Michelle, Roachon, & the other person!!!!!
