Just helped someone move here. Been here in the day and night. Clean, well maintained and very quiet, the surrounding neighborhood was nice never had an issue parking. Individuals in the office were pleasant.
I would like to recognize Cymone Mosley for going above and beyond with helping me with a situation. I really wasn’t getting the help I needed when I was calling Helena Springs but after speaking with her she answered any questions I had, responded very quickly to each and every email I sent and she even gave me words of encouragement in the end. I stopped by Helena Springs Apartments without an appointment, and Jaime kindly took the time to show me around. She answered all my questions thoroughly, and if I hadn't been approved at another sister property (ATC) I would have leased here. Helena Springs stayed in my top two choices because they're (Jaime) knowledgeable and know how to take care of busy (stressed out due to move) future tenants. Thank you again

I viewed more apartments than I can count. I saw a TikTok video that was so entertaining and I just had to see the place for myself.
