I genuinely enjoyed living here. The complex is a friendly community with reliable units & basic amenities. I also love the location is hidden, quiet. Not to mention a great office, and maintenance team. Anytime I had questions, comments or concerns, Cymone and Reece were always happy to help. We recently moved into this community and it’s been a great experience. Our townhome is spacious and looks amazing, and the amenities make it even better. Big shoutout to Reece Powell for being so responsive and helpful from start to finish. Everything during move-in went smoothly and we’ve had no issues so far. Really happy we chose this place!
I enjoy being a resident at Helena Springs because the complex is a quiet and calm environment. Everyone is nice and friendly and the front office employees are very professional and always notifying when us on any updates, concerns/problems, and events that are going on or happening in the complex. Definitely recommend anyone staying here at Helena Springs.
The entire move-in was great. The neighborhood is really reserved/quiet and peaceful. I wouldn't recommend this neighborhood to just anyone but only to someone who likes quietness just like everyone here. I have 0 kids and I am also a really busy business owner, such a perfect fit.
