Not helpful at all. For a walk in clinic they said come back in 3 days after I got an referral. And the know absolutely nothing about billing.
Provider was not knowledgeable about my current Orthopedic concern. His suggestion was to travel to Helena to see his colleague. I had a medication sent to the pharmacy for pickup but it was sent to Helena and not to the CVS in Butte where I reside. After 5 days of zero relief I had to call at least 4 different times to get one message from the provider. There was a large lack in communication while still suffering with severe neck pain.
