We went to Helena Orthopedic Clinic, my experience is they are very unprofessional, non communicative with the patient, they ignore the patient, very arrogant group from the medical to the clerical. Finally decided to go elsewhere, they do not have the patient first in their minds, they do not have anything in mind regarding the patient except their getting money. Would never consider them ever again, Veterans BEWARE!

Helena Orthopedic has good service, but apparently they don't care about pain! Or putting me in danger of too high of blood sugars! First of all they told me to go on gabapentin for my sciatic nerve pain, after I told him that I gained 20 pounds in a month from Lyrica. So I thought this would work. But by the time I figured it out it was too late I already gained 20 pounds in a month! I'm a diabetic with a bad back! How does this sound to you guys? Bad Business to me. I've gained 40 pounds from taking nerve pain meds. 2 different kinds. I have a bad back and I'm diabetic. I was not told this could happen even after I told them I gained 20 pounds from the first one. They told me it was water weight! Well I still have 40 pounds of water weight and I've been off the meds for over a month.. so i decide to try the epidural route and my blood sugars jumped to 450! I was not told this would happen. I was in today with a broke leg... The staff here are so great and super kind... Especially the nurse that helped me... she is awesome ��� thank you so much
What an absolutely wonderful experience. The doctors and staff are beyond exceptional. Having a broken bone is a bummer but the staff here helps to make the whole process smooth and joyful. They are very knowledgeable and proficient. I also appreciated their hours of operation (closing at 8pm) and that I could get a weekend appointment.
