We went to Helena Orthopedic Clinic, my experience is they are very unprofessional, non communicative with the patient, they ignore the patient, very arrogant group from the medical to the clerical. Finally decided to go elsewhere, they do not have the patient first in their minds, they do not have anything in mind regarding the patient except their getting money. Would never consider them ever again, Veterans BEWARE!
Helena Orthopedic has good service, but apparently they don't care about pain! Or putting me in danger of too high of blood sugars! First of all they told me to go on gabapentin for my sciatic nerve pain, after I told him that I gained 20 pounds in a month from Lyrica. So I thought this would work. But by the time I figured it out it was too late I already gained 20 pounds in a month! I'm a diabetic with a bad back! How does this sound to you guys? Bad Business to me.
