My experiences in the office itself have been just fine. I've been passed around to all the different doctors instead of having just one, which has been a little annoying but I think may be resolved now. My main issue is with their online portal--there's a function to send messages there to the nurses or to the billing team and after trying to use that for months to get some answers, I've come to the conclusion that no one looks at the messages. I was pregnant with my first child a couple years ago and my first impression when I walked in was the front staff were not very friendly, they were always very short. I don't like leaving such a low review but after so many issues with my health I figured I would go to an actual specialist. I ended up at Helena Ob-Gyn to help find an answer or solution to the health issue I was having. I had been to the ER and my primary numerous times with many tests done prior. The doctor did an exam and determine that he didn't see anything concerning briefly looked over my charts and determined I just needed to put olive oil on it... Ok?
