Staff are helpful and accommodating, their 2-yard dump trailer rental and selection of rocks were great for our small landscape project, would use again.

I called on Monday to reserve a trailer and 8 yrds of soil for first thing Saturday. I show up and the employee tells me they're out of soil at the moment. When I asked for some more info he responded with "seriously" and then laughed in my face. A simple "the soil truck is running late but it will be here in 30 mins, I apologize for the delay" would have remedied the situation right there. I'll be using Helena Sand and Gravel for my landscaping projects from now on and recommending to anyone that will listen to do the same.
