FYI—this IS a legitimate organization (I had my doubts for a minute). I imagine they have a tough time getting paid because their weird billing system (which seems to operate solely through text messaging) reeks of phishing.
This outfit seems very, very sketchy. Sending me texts about an amount I supposedly owe, but have never received a bill for. Called the phone # for Helena Laboratory Physicians and talked to a woman in St. Louis. She said Medicare had denied my claim. Asked her why they didn't submit a claim to my primary insurance, BCBS. She said St. Peter's didn't provide that info. She wanted my account info. I refused to provide it. She said a paper bill was mailed 2 days ago. She also didn't refer to St. Peter's by the correct name.
Scammy Company. Sent me a bill with a Text. Who would pay that? No idea who they are. Phone number is in Missouri. St. Peters needs to get their act together. Need Benifis to build a Hospital here in Helena. Already go to a Benifis Doctor.
