I had a lug nut break on the rear axle of a 23 f150. The vehicle was towed to the dealership July 18. Service was completed September 5. Talked to 4 different service people. It's currently a recall part. Six weeks to unscrew a bolt and screw in a new one is not acceptable. They are way more concerned about sales than service.
I did not have a great experience with this service shop. Expect disorganization, poor time management followed with oblivion and excuses. I consider myself a patient, understanding patron but I was completely bewildered on how they conduct themselves.
I brought my Ford Transit in to the service center for a repair to the AWD system on October 22nd. I was told when I scheduled the appointment that it would be a 1 or 2 day repair. When I arrived and dropped off the vehicle, the person at the desk asked me if it would be okay to keep the car into the following week since the person who would service it was on a 5 day break or so. Horrible service, appointment was made for safety recall with the understanding the parts were available. Was called a couple hours later and was told parts would need to ordered and another appointment would need to be scheduled. Went to pick up my truck and had to wait 25 minutes and ask twice to get them to bring it back down to service-center.
Had a windshield wiper issue on my way north in bad weather. Mike in service was super helpful as it wasn't just a blade replacement issue as the allingment was out of back. Parts guys were fast and friendly. Service consultant ?Ryan, started it all off. Just awesome helpful guys to a poor solo traveller's in need of a fast repair to get back on the highway. Worth having as your full time service dealership!!
