Do not bring your vehicle here for repairs or service unless you want to waste time and money. Took my F350 in to do a full service oil, transmission, transfer case, and rear diff. Everything done and rear diff needed some extra work, no problem. Had a bearing and seal replaced and soon after the seal was leaking. Could have been a faulty part or not, took it back in to get repaired, all was well until I noticed the rear diff cover was leaking. Meaning the tech didn't quite get a 100% seal on the cover. I had a lug nut break on the rear axle of a 23 f150. The vehicle was towed to the dealership July 18. Service was completed September 5. Talked to 4 different service people. It's currently a recall part. Six weeks to unscrew a bolt and screw in a new one is not acceptable. They are way more concerned about sales than service.

I did not have a great experience with this service shop. Expect disorganization, poor time management followed with oblivion and excuses. I consider myself a patient, understanding patron but I was completely bewildered on how they conduct themselves.

I brought my Ford Transit in to the service center for a repair to the AWD system on October 22nd. I was told when I scheduled the appointment that it would be a 1 or 2 day repair. When I arrived and dropped off the vehicle, the person at the desk asked me if it would be okay to keep the car into the following week since the person who would service it was on a 5 day break or so. Horrible service, appointment was made for safety recall with the understanding the parts were available. Was called a couple hours later and was told parts would need to ordered and another appointment would need to be scheduled. Went to pick up my truck and had to wait 25 minutes and ask twice to get them to bring it back down to service-center.
