Dr. DeFranco opened his practice in 1998 and was the first dentist here in Helena he is staffed with two dental hygienist, one dental assistant, and two front desk employees. We have patients of all ages. Dr. DeFranco has a good base of patients however, we would like our new patients to continue flowing in.

My husband and I have been using Dr. DeFranco for over 10 years now, and I can honestly say we are both more than pleased with him and his wonderful staff!! I have always had a fear of sitting in a dentist chair, but he’s so understanding and always puts my fears at ease! My dental hygienist is amazing! I could search the country over, and not find a dentist and staff that I love and feel so comfortable with!

The staff is very friendly and treats you like family. You couldn't ask for a better place to go and everybody is very professional.
As always, staff is friendly. I was early and serviced immediately ahead of appointment time by about 10 minutes.

They have been treating myself and my family since we moved to Alabama in 2000. Always great service from a super friendly staff. I just had a tooth problem come up, I called them at 9:00 in the morning and was in the dentist chair by 11:00. Dr. DeFanco is super friendly and does a great job. His whole staff is the same way. All very professional in a family atmosphere.
My appt started on time. Everyone was couteous and professional. This is a wonderful group and they are consistent.
I arrived 15 min early and was promptly admitted. The nurse promptly started to take car of me, and when she was finished, she called the Dr. and he came in quickly and did what he had to do.
